• Bloudan and Zabadani are about an hour from Damascus (~45–55 km) to the west, near the Lebanese border.
• A full day is relaxed — drive up, stop at viewpoints and the valley, have a long lunch, and return in the evening. Many also combine it with the Damascus countryside.
